The protection of your data is very important to us. We therefore want you to understand how the real estate portal handles your data.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains which personal data are processed when this real estate portal is used, for what purposes this takes place, and what rights users have. The portal is intended to support the transparent search, comparison, and structured enquiry of property offers.
1. Controller
The operator of the real estate portal is responsible for the processing of personal data within the scope of this portal. The company and contact details displayed in the portal serve as the contact address for data protection enquiries.
For questions relating to data protection, please contact us at info@mit-center.eu.
2. Information processed
The portal may process personal data when visitors access the website, carry out a search, log in, use a user account, or request information about a property.
Depending on how the portal is used, the following data in particular may be processed:

- publicly available property information or property information provided by suppliers, which is processed for structured display, search, and map view.
3. Purpose of processing
The data are processed in order to provide the real estate portal technically, to make property offers searchable and comparable, to answer enquiries, and to manage protected functions of the Dolibarr-based portal.
The processing serves the following purposes in particular:
- providing the website, search function, map view, and filter functions;
- displaying structured property information;
- processing and responding to contact and property enquiries;
- managing user accounts and protected areas;

4. Legal bases
The processing of personal data is carried out, where applicable, on the basis of the data protection regulations in force in the Republic of Moldova, in particular the current rules on the protection of personal data. This includes processing for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, processing on the basis of consent, the safeguarding of the legitimate interests of the portal operator, and the fulfilment of legal obligations.
A legitimate interest may exist, in particular, in the secure technical provision of the portal, the structured processing of enquiries, the prevention of misuse, and the improvement of data quality.
5. Property information and data from offers
The portal may display property offers in a structured form from its own entries, partner data, or publicly accessible sources. This may include information such as property type, price, location, living area, offer type, images, description, update date, or supplier information.
The portal is designed to make property information easier to understand and compare. However, the information displayed does not replace legal, technical, financial, or cadastral verification. Before purchasing, renting, financing, or investing, users should have the relevant documents and ownership circumstances checked by qualified specialists.
6. User account, login, and protected areas
When a user account or external Dolibarr access is used, the portal processes the login, role, and access data required for this purpose. These data are used to enable access to protected information, manage enquiries, and ensure the security of the system.
7. Cookies and technical data
The portal may use technically necessary cookies or comparable technologies in order to provide sessions, language settings, login functions, and security functions. Without certain technical cookies, individual functions of the portal may be restricted.
If analytics, marketing, or tracking services are used in future, this should be explained separately and, where necessary, consent should be obtained.
8. Map view and location data
The map view displays property offers on the basis of available coordinates or address information. In doing so, the portal processes property locations in order to facilitate search and spatial comparison.
Automatic determination of users’ location takes place only if such a function is expressly activated and permitted by the browser or device. If no such function is used, the portal does not process the precise device location of users.
9. Recipients and service providers
Personal data may be passed on to technical service providers insofar as this is necessary for operation, hosting, maintenance, security, email communication, or support. These may include, in particular, hosting providers, IT service providers, email services, or commissioned project partners.
Disclosure to third parties takes place only where this is necessary for processing an enquiry, where there is a legal obligation, where consent has been given, or where a legitimate interest exists.
10. International data transfers
If technical service providers or systems outside the Republic of Moldova or outside the European Economic Area are used, personal data may be transferred to other countries. In such cases, appropriate safeguards should be provided in order to maintain an adequate level of data protection.
11. Retention period
Personal data are stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist. Contact and property enquiries are generally stored for processing and for traceable communication. Technical log data are retained only for as long as is necessary for security, error analysis, and protection against misuse.
12. Rights of users
Users may exercise their rights in relation to their personal data, insofar as provided for by law. These include, in particular, the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing operations, and withdrawal of consent that has been given.
Enquiries concerning these rights may be sent to info@mit-center.eu.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be amended if the functions of the portal, technical processes, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
